RETURNS
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Mizah B gladly accepts returns of defective items within 14 days of receiving your order. However, the item must be unworn and in brand new condition, with original packaging and receipt in place. Returns are only valid for damaged items. Items with alterations and damaged packaging will not be accepted nor will a refund be given. We reserve the rights to send back any item with visible signs of wear and tear. This is a matter of hygiene which we strongly stand by.
Please note: Sale items are final and not eligible for returns.


SHIPPING
Shipping cost differs place to place and there is a flat shipping cost for each region. You will have to bear the shipping cost of any return. When choosing a shipper, we recommend you to purchase tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any lost item of a return shipment.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. Mizah B will not refund any items which have been signed for by a customer at the delivery address stated on the original order, or for items returned to us but get lost in the post without a tracking number. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank account.
